Very well made. Good story telling. Just find a way around the quality issue and you'll have yourself a bonafide 10.
Interesting, to say the least. The graphics are well done and the animation is decent, though it's hindered by the fact that this is more tweened than frame-by-frame. The dialogue seemed really cliche to me and was quite obnoxious, and the plot seemed pretty boring as well. This really would have been better as an animation showreel than an anime.
