Reviews for "IAMW, Charlie Brown"

Well..

I have to say that was just excellent. The story seems very well thought out, the animation and voices are almost spot on (At times Charlie Brown in this has a bit of an accent, though depending upon where you are from he would always have a bit of an accent, this just isn't his standard one).

The back-story was also well done and a definite bonus. I honestly preferred the style of the moving comic strip in chapter 3 over the remainder but that is just me, and the color cartoon is certainly nothing to be scoffed at. I definitely can't wait to see the next bit in the series. I hope for my own entertainment that the story continues on the current line, not rushing to an end but savoring the journey.

Overall great work, the only pseudo negative comment I have is that the flash doesn't resize well in Chrome, but I didn't try it in other browsers. Definitely a series to keep an eye on, though I am sure it will find it's way to the front page. 5/5 and 10/10 to all of the people involved in it, you guys are doing a great job, keep it up.

No worries, we don't intend to rush the sequel. Part 2 is looking to be even longer. Also, as thanks for the review I'll drop this hint since no one has commented on it yet; there's a small Easter Egg in the art gallery.

WOW

Fuck Up but bad ass

Wow..

This got Daily 4th Place? Must have been one hell of a day in the portal.

Awesome

Its sad, and it maybe true... loved how your art work was extremely close to the real one... also isnt snoopys house red... and in the back yard if i remember correctly?

I don't usually review but...

I felt compelled to review this. The music is so fitting...the background art is fantastic and the character art stays true to the original Peanuts. I would also like to note that the voice acting felt right. Beautifully animated.

On the side of criticism, however, I would say that [spoilers] killing Lucy felt too soon. I didn't feel enough build up...even when I factored in the pseudo-prequel in the extras. In fact, the murder and the demon scenes just felt too out of place in the whole scheme of the animation. I think the demonic aspect of the story was a little forced and premature.

Although...that being said, if they are just his own personal demons brought to life by the drugs Lucy gave him, I think there is some poetry to be had there.

All-in-all, despite the criticisms I have for the story, I really loved this animation. I feel like any coming sequels will help to flesh out the story and really cover its shortcomings. Because of that, I think it deserves a 10.

Thank you, I really look forward to your next installment. Happy animating.
