Good start
For being, as you say yourself, inexperienced, pretty nice flash, I have to say ^^
the different weapons and tricks were pretty good, and the pace was good, not too slow, not mind boggling fast.
the onyl thing that really got me, was the colours. Try adding some kind of identifier, if you make a sequel, that helps tell the teams apart, like a head band in the teams colour or smth. There were times where 2 green guys were fighting, but they were from different teams and stuff like that, kinda messed up the whole team thing ^^
