In my view, this remake is a total success. It combines all the catchy features of the original ancient Death Worm game: brutality, styling, dynamics.
Back at the root of a good series. Maybe I suck at this game but I had troubles completing last level. Fuck those alien ships. The upgrade system is pretty meh and it's hard to catch the power-ups, especially when they are under like 2 mines and a fucking tank.

Very easy - the only difficulty is hitting one specific target (power-ups, for example)
The objectives were good.
The upgrades are boring.
The whole game's badly scaled - after gaining a little bit of speed it turns into a game of "jump out, hope that you hit one of the many very small enemies, return underground and repeat".
Not a bad game, but it gets pretty dull after a few minutes.
