Reviews for "Inverted Y"

Increase movement speed

I feel like im crawling in this game. All my jumps end up just short of where I intended. Pretty alright other than that minor complaint.

Curse you you insufferable deformed h!

Everything was fine EXCEPT for the fact he did that little hopping motion whenever he started to descend as if to say "QUICK JUMP". When he's in that animation... he actually CAN'T jump as he's technically off the ground. I died more times than I care to count waiting for the right moment to jump to safety only to have it ruined by his little dance. It was cute/funny whatever the first time or two, but once it started taking a toll on gameplay it wasn't cute anymore, just frustrating.

Not too bad

I didn't like it too much at first, as it seemed like it should have been a movie more than an actual game, but I did enjoy what I could get out of it. My only complaint is the inverting/momentum deal. I think it could be easily fixed with more of a tutorial process other than "Get across the bridge", before going into Evil D's lair. Also, on one of the platforms, the guy would rapidly skip as it fell, preventing any jumping to be done.

Not too bad overall. Jumping was a bit slow for me, but to each their own.

"Interesting Concept L"

The game has an interesting concept, and for a while is fun to play. but later sections just become far to unforgiving if the blocks Desynch in their falling speeds and timing. The caves are also extremely boring, as like others have said, it lakes the background details the city had.

Intersting. But till there

7/10 for the whole idea. If you made a game with better controls, a bit better graphics, and leave the rest like this, it will be a top hit. I loved the idea with the usage of the letters, and the idea of reversing. Needs a lot though.
