The artwork is superb, the music doesn't remind me of 2 girls 1 cup *shudder*, and the ability to choose positions is an improvement on most other games.
Also something that I like is that there is no "pleasure meter" or anything; all you do is choose position, choose speed, and choose time of orgasm.
