Reviews for "Retro Resources"

like it

although am very confused as to why i'm the only one on the leaderboard right now :?

mjkgames responds:

You seem to be the only one who has finished "Challenge" so far. There are more players on the "Quick Game" leaderboard.

Good game

I got me some second place action on challenge. It's a good game, although a little basic.

mjkgames responds:

Thanks :)

It's alright

It becomes impossible when all the resources spawn on the edges and you keep getting shot up before you can get a good amount and die all the time

The turrets (4) are always in the same locations. Try to memorize their locations and not to go there, even if there would be a nice deposit, until you have upgraded your vehicle's speed and strength.

A bit interesting

This was a pretty interesting game and it seemed to just be weak on the notion of being that enjoyable. I could not understand why I was not able to pick up everything in one run. Of course, the rules are the rules and this was at least something that was original. The music was fairly good and seemed to fit the technological setting. I also noticed that the map showed the arcade logo even though it was not on the actual screen. At least it makes things look organized.

The best way to avoid the turrets at first is to approach the stuff when they are offscreen. From my playing experience, they do not attack when they are not on screen. It's not that creative, but it is also pretty hard to find anything particularly bad about it. This game was fairly good overall. The gameplay does need improvement.

Thanks for the detailed review. To your question about why you were not able to pick up all resources in one go - the vehicle has limited space which can be upgraded to allow larger cargo (but that obviously costs money, so you need to think what is efficient and what is not).
