but you forgot the about the kikoman soy sauce that comes in those glass bottles with the green tops that say "low sodium" and how the soy sauce goes with the wasabi in the small saucer and you take the sashimi/nigiri/maki/temaki/etc. and drown it in deliciously disgusting salty soy-wasabi mix and afterwards chew down some ginger or wash it all down with miso.

but i commend you. you did a great job with the flash.

I LOVE SUSHI!!! Very informative but you forgot to mention that the Horse Radish makes Wasabi. And I don't recall the use of ginger either.
