Some issues

Its good but some major issues that prevents it to be awesome.

--Major slowdowns that affect the controls a lot:
slowdowns are not necesarly bad in these kinda games if they dont affect the controls but here the ship keeps moving after you stop pressing the move key and it gets you killed.

--You can destroy your own missiles: So you can't use your missiles with your other weapons and you have to actually stop shooting when you use your missiles against a single enemy.

--The levels are a little repetitive: You should introduce more new enemies per level, for example the first level is too boring.

I like this kind of space shooter games, so I kinda like it despite the issues, so good job and I hope the feedback helps you.

Too Slow

The gameplay is far too slow in this game. TOO SLOW. It outweighs anything positive.

Points for making the game smooth and look good but the actual gameplay was just stale and easy while in some ways overly tedious. I found myself switching to easy not because I was having trouble but because I didn't want to sit there infront of a cruiser shooting at it for thirty seconds strait, doing nothing but holding my mouse button down. And even when I did need to move out of the way for something, it was always the motions time and time again. Put simply, it looks good but it doesn't play as good as it looks.

Nostalgic...

A nice throwback to all those top-down aircraft shooters I used to play in my youth. The upgrades are a nice touch, but the game could certainly use more of them. I thought the stealth hunter enemy was kind of superfluous, as hunters are hard enough to hit when they're plainly visible, definitely the most annoying enemy, easy to evade, but tedious to take down. It would also be nice if the terrain and/or music changed between areas. The constant ambiance made the game seem repetitive after awhile. Overall this is a great game. Definitely worth playing.

Good game buuuuuuuuut,.......

would be nice if there were weapon upgrades for the weapons themselves and if one could build thier own ship, but all in all its a good game
