The story line was very bad, he gets something to eat and next moment he is an soviet dictator with no any explanation.
The movie was also quite short, the reason it had any length was the time consumption of the eye movement.

I like this cartoon -- great art and animation. And what's better than a Soviet chorus? Well, for starters, a Soviet chorus that can be freely chosen among other competing choruses. I don't know what the artist's politics are, but I hope he isn't actually charmed by the promises of central planning. Dictatorship by a bureaucracy is only a variation of dictatorship by a monarch.
