I pretty much hold the same opinion as CoyoteIncarnate. It was a decent attempt given the fact you used a different pedobear than the default that gets spammed. Looks like pedobear is playing it safe in this vid D:

the music wasn't too bad...
Other than that this had nothing going for it, it was short, shittily animated and drawn, and has no story whatsoever. The animation and drawing might suffice if there was actually something more to it than a 15 second loop of a bear bouncing then taping someone from a window (way too old for pedobear's taste I might add) and scratching his ass then a logo for 'pedopower'
I usually like weird stuff...but...
This was just boring, nothing really happend and it was far to short. And the animation wasn't that good either. The music wasn't bad though.
