Hate to sound like I don't have my own opinion but I agree with what the other 2 guys said.
I think you have a really good singing voice, it sounds nice.
I think you need to work a little bit more on singing and playing the guitar at the same time, it can be quite difficult to get the strumming patterns and volume right when you're trying to sing and play, I've found, and I think I saw some of those problems in this song.
I really enjoy your voice, but I felt the guitar playing was lacking a bit in terms of volume and rhythm.

I liked your cover. You should however either lower the guitar volume or raise your voice. From what I could hear you hit the notes pretty well.
Now I've got to listen to some cash...
