Reviews for "Kingdom of my own"

Wow, I love the atmosphere, instruments, and mood. The structure is cool and the transitions are rock-solid. It's not too heavy, which I think sometimes detracts from the enjoyment of dubstep. The mixing is awesome, and it really sounds professional overall. I love that eerie little melody at 4:41 and some other places. Very well done, Acid-Paradox! Keep it up, man! ;D

Splendid. I really enjoyed it.

There's a lot to this track that makes it fall in a much higher league of product than what one might stumble across on NG:AP (This is not to insult anyone- but there's a certain amount of "polish" that is discernible above the efforts of others- and there's nothing wrong with that. Nobody starts off pro).

TheDoor6 said it for the most part. My list of pros/cons is below.

PROS:

-The ambiance in the track is omniscient and non-intrusive. It is pleasant and truly allows for all the different elements to mesh well rather than blend them together into a melting pot of noise
-The transitions are surprisingly slick and do NOT, in any way shape or form (or at least this is what I find) take away from the experience
-The choice of samples and synths is truly marvelous- this is a point I generally try not to use unless it is really called for in my reviews, and here I think "Kingdom of my own" shines like the reflection out of a bald man's head after it got buffered with turtle wax. It is a ridiculously well chosen melange of soft and rough that is pleasing to the ears. Not a single sound I've found out of place or abrasive
-The mastering and EQ work I can't really comment on. The track sounds 'clean' and not muddled. Nothing is overpowered or interfering with any adjacent frequency.

CONS:

-I'm really having a hard time coming up with something... Give me a minute here.
-The only thing I would say could use a little work is adjustment of the voice levels/volume. It is subtle and crystal clear but feels a little subdued when certain synths roll. It's truly a minor (no pun intended) point and I don't feel it deserves taking away any stars.

Keep at it. I can't wait to hear some more goodness from you.
