Not bad at all
I was suprised it was as close to the SNES as it was. Needs to be a little bit longer though, you should throw in some cut scenes with some funny shit. Good job overall though.

I thought that story line was great, but the game had over load of bugs. Sometimes you cant fire straight or dash into the air. It was also kinda hard to kill somthing.

Well, if you don't want to get compared to Capcom, you should make something original, not copy a whole level out of their game. Now, the game itself was not bad, compared to flash, but still, too unoriginal, and kind of lacking of strategy.
Oh yea, and the joke parts were half-funny. I suggest you drop them in the sequel if there gonna be one.
