Decent, but I'd still rather watch paint dry.

I can see you put loads of work into this, sure, I'll give you that. The humor needs as much work as the flash itself. I thought the animation was fantastic, brilliant, phenomenal, etc. Although, it was lacking; in the area of humor specifically. Not once did I laugh, of course I thought about it, but the timing, the jokes, couldn't get me, couldn't hold my attention long enough to stay entertained. Needs work, but still good, you fully deserve the 6/10.

Could Have Been Better

On concept alone this would get a 10. It deviated from a true parody when you played up the relationship between Ron and Harry. Since neither film dealt with a gay relationship, why bring it into a parody? Had you kept the focus on drawing parallels between the two movies instead of inserting an element that takes a long time to reach any payoff, it would have been a better flash. The pacing was a bit slow in parts, but then again, so was the pacing off in the movies in spots. Much of the humor just didn't work. In sum, draw closer parallels between the two subjects. Don't deviate for a cheap laugh. Such a tactic seldom works. This is a great idea, and perhaps making this into a 10 would involve working with someone on the script, as your art style is pretty much upper tier for flash animation.

But this parody is just stupid as hell.
I can't wait to see the last movie though.
I read all the books, so I know how it ends.
