Good, but has lots of room for improvements.
I watched it around five times, once before making this review and the others WHILE writing this.
First of all, the art is good. Things could be added to it, like shading, but I love the effects when they were skidding down the rail.
Second, I did not laughed. At all, not even a smile. Why? I found the humor too boring. It needs to be improved - a lot. The comedy probably is in the art, as the sequence fitted into the genre of comedy, but the humor about drunk science and the bear with the pedobear face is not funny at all.
Third, the music is good. The guitar and the drums fitted properly with the art. The sounds is realistic too.
The voice of the 2 scientist is good too. But the bear is nothing but plain horrible. It did not sound like a bear, it sounded like the low-pitch is too forced to be a bear.
The facts are plain wrong. Only a few sightings had been made that polar bears actually travelled to the north pole, most stayed around 20 degrees below. Also, the artic region do not have penguins. They do have seals though.
I half-hoped that when it said "North Pole", it meant Santa Claus. You could just have said the Artic Region instead of North Pole, since the latter is associated with the said jolly person.
I also half-hoped that the story would include why Polar Bears seemed to be white.
I give a 5 out of 10 (and 2 out of 5) for the good sequencing and art.
Oh, and I hope people would not just randomly see my review as negative ONLY because the score is low (Like what happened to my other reviews)

Honestly I didn't really enjoy watching the flash...the end was good but apart from that it wasn't too entertaining. The main thing I don't get is, is this meant to be an Eddsworld spin off or something? I don't get it. Also it was really short and stuff.

There are no penguins on the North Pole. They live on the South Pole.
