Minor observation: I notice that the Commissioner Gordon in this cartoon movie sounds like the Commissioner Gordon from The Batman 2004-2008 cartoon. Nice.
I also like how you emphasized the urban legend side of Batman.

Dialogue could've been just a bit better, their a pretty clumsy swat team if you ask me. But hey I guess their supposed to be like the cops from the Dark Knight movies, all cartoonish so in that respect i guess that can justify that..I turned out my room lights, dimmed the Newgrounds lights and really did enjoy this ! Took me a while to catch on to this being a sort of Dark Knight sequel but when I did I liked it all the more, awesome overall ! Keep it up

The wrinting is awesome,the animation is well paced and the voiceacting was realy good! 5 BATMANS out of 5!!!
