Very funny, and you didn't have to resort to any crappy gags like dicks, overabundance of gore, or shock humor, which is a plus. Your actual animating is good, nice frame by framing and no abuse of tweens, but I have one giff; your line quality could be improved alot simply by using a smaller brush thickness. As it is now, it looks kinda sloppy with it being very thick and uneven, so that's just a little suggestion I can make. All in all, good short, made me laugh more then once hehe.

Half the time i'm thinking ... wow he's harmless... the other half i'm like wth he's insane.
half the time i was wondering if he was lucky or just good.
Was fun to watch, and funny as well. The animation was a bit lacking though. And the voices were a bit hard to hear at times.
