It's alright.
I noticed a lot of cheap animations, like using alpha on two sprites to fade them out even though it showed the hidden objects within those sprites. I don't think you made the sprites, but I don't know for sure, so I won't hold that against you.
I also don't like the lack of sound. That said, it wasn't bad. It was high enough quality that it doesn't deserve a blam. I also enjoyed the use of the space bar.
No sound.
Need sound effects.

I think the sprite-job is quite amazing but, the animation serously lacks of sound, and normally, if it were a short animation, there would be no big deal, but since it's too long, the intesity is seriously lost, turning one of the best Anime series of all time in, well...some boring animation. Not meant to offend or anything like so, I just think that the SFX are crucial on DBZ parodies/animations.

Not complaining about the sound, but it does affect my rating. This is pretty good, it's the first I saw of this so, I hope to see more.
