Well my friend, all I can tell you is practice, practice, than parctice some more. Your first animations won't be the best ,(look at my first couple) but as time goes on you'll get better. Also, play as many video games and watch as many movies and TV as you can. Then mash up everything you watched and mold it together in Flash, and viola! You have an animation wih adequate story and characters.
