Not bad
This is a great learning experiment, theirs just a few things you need to clear up if you missed them.
1- Check your "Fall" hit box that sets the "Died" variable jumping off the left side results in an infinite fall.
2- spend more time on level design, you seem to have enemies completed and coins as well, just make your level longer.
3- when you fall into a pit and die, the vertical movement isn't reset to 0 when you respawn causing you to fall through the ground.

The game was fun for the first 20 something seconds i played. once i got to the end of the last platform there was no where to go, and if i fell of my character would disappear.
Nice job....
Especially for a first submission, this was really professional. It was entertaining, had great quality, and good graphics. Although I have to admit that it needs to be a bit longer and little bit more creativity into it, it's pretty good.

You should really add to this
add some music
more enimies, different ones too, not just the arrow, maybe like an arrow that moves back and forth on the platform if you can do it
maybe more levels?
Character select (I know thats pushing it lol)
definetly sounds though and a finish screen where you know "You Win"
I know you said you dont know how to do more levels but maybe you could use a next frame button or a next scene button to go to the next level if you collect enough circles
