Topaz

I found all the topazs, but I coudn't figure out how to put it at the end! I've placed the glyphs and jades and locked them in position. And then what do I do with the topazs? The walkthough just say "put the four topaz in"... put them in where? I clicked everywhere on the wheel and nothing happens. >:(

amazing as usual

I have been following the series religiously, and i am never dissappointed. please make more submachine games! they are by far the best point and click puzzle games ever created!

Subtlety and epic in one.

I'm starting to think this submachine is far bigger than I previously thought. The first game gave me the idea that it was just some underground ancient test thing. After the lighthouse game, I had the thought of it being the works of some mad scientist. As it progressed, the technology and steam punk theme came in, of varying ages. After I finished playing this one, I wondered if this was, in fact, a covert empire still in full operation started by some egyptian gang and continued by Murtaugh, and the main character is a solitary prisoner who, until recently, was a pawn in Murtaugh's plan, and is now simply traveling alone through solitude.

Good game, nice atmosphere

A very challenging game, but you need to invest quite some time into it. I couldn't find one of the blue gems (topaz, was it?) so I had to take a look at a walkthrough. (Under a plank ! Would have never guessed it myself). I wish the game would've been bigger, e.g. expanded from the spike areas to reveal more places. I loved the glyphs and the statues theme.

About the ending. As far as I see it, the point of the game is to be an adventurer who prevents the world from ending at 21 12 2012 and prolongs the date to year 7137.
