Theres a couple different screams IMO, but I'm guessing your talking about the beginning hehe.
that was a scene that makes you chuckle to yourself while you animate it, all the while your saying something like, "sorry Sub-Zero, lol."

The best?
Pointless animation.
You titled it as "The Best Video Game Ever".
In the beginning, we see Street Fighter and we think it's going to be about it.
But then you introduce Megatron playing Donkey Kong, Darth Vader eating cheeseballs and, worst of all, a political character without any sense of critic. And that goes for the Africa joke as well, with no point in the context.
The animation is maybe the only aspect that could be availed, altough improved.
Try thinking more about what you want on your animation the next time.
And don't trick us with these titles.
