but as shneeblefish said the jumps are a bit annoying and it a pain to find pixels you can get

Great Game
first off, lets start by saying, i love simple pixel games.
i liked moving through the steps of the evolution, and the music was fitting. my only qualm was those hard to reach pixels. i often had to go back through a complicated jumping sequence to get another try at reaching something.
I did however find a bug but nothing important. its hard to describe the map, but there was a spot on a verticle wall that had no place to land, however i was able to stop and land, and jump again from that one spot if i landed on it correctly. didnt change the gameplay at all. 9/10.

This is one of those "pure essence" platformers. I like the catchy background tune, it didn't get old even though it's only 1:30 long. Nice simple yet epic story/context. The evolving stages keeps it fresh (as long as you don't get stuck).
Took me about an hour to beat. Some of those jumps really have to be pixel perfect. And it can take pretty long before you can try again. But I guess that's a part of the essence.
