I hated the old arcade sound parts but when the fighting whent on paper that was the best style I've ever seen befor do a lot of that just make it your whole game.

Power ups...levels where he could just walk...a power put cannon...an over drive attack. A few up grades to the body along the way. The boss battle were kind of easy...

You should have Eddie get power ups, maybe some healt pick ups. And sometime in the game make him destroy Mega-Man. And you can have under water levels and some levels where you walk.Or you fight Sigma in the beggining and he blows you apart, then you have to go around the levels finding your parts.
