voices are recorded TOO LOUD
Animation is not great, it's very slow and random, but the main complaint I have is some of the voices are SUPER LOUD AND CRACKLY, the way some trolls deliberately do their voices. Learn to make sure you're not overmodulating (not too close to the mic, and mic input volume is not too high) and you can use a program like Audacity (whcih is free) to normalize your volume levels so one voice is not DRAMATICALLY LOUDER THAN THE OTHERS.
It's bad.
The concept and the art is alright. However, I simply cannot bring myself to watch it simply because of the quality of the voice over. You have a good general idea, but the quality needs to be improved. Thats it.
