Entertaining~
Ok, the game is amazing, well done strategy-game.
I found it very nice, and clever some of the levels.
I did notice though, on level 17 I found it saying everything is OK even though a bridge had crossed another...
I wonder if its just a bug.
I retryed this on a different level, it seemed to work normally.
Otherwise, great game :)

You should make it so the arrows disappear when covered by a bridge, or make it so the arrows are always above the bridges. (just the few pixels sticking out looks bad)
Addicting
Very simple, but very fun, and I like the old-school video game feel. The logic needed reminds me of sudoku or mine sweeper.
One thing I noticed, on level 26, there's a pair of vertical arrows missing between a population: 2 island on the bottom and a population: 1 island in the fifth row from the bottom. The puzzle is still solvable, but if the idea is to provide us with all possible connections, then that needs to be there.
found a bug
once or twice I would make a valid completion of the level, and it wouldn't say level completed, restarting the level and presenting the exact same solution would allow for a proper level complete to appear.
