Hmmm whats lacking in this? I wonder...
OHHH yes! Music! Background Music! I'm not sure if you were trying to make it more realistic, more dramatic, or you forgot, but this would have been much better with music. There were so many opportunities for some epic music, so there must be a reason why you didn't put any. It'd would have fixed those many awkward silences throughout this flash.

Your previous ones were obviously funnier and better. To be blunt the theme of this one didn't really coincide with the humor of the others.
Maybe you were inspired to make this maybe you weren't, but imo I think its a bad idea to hold yourself to the standard of making an episode every month. I'd rather you give yourself the time to get inspired by something and create a script that maintains the quality of your previous work than rush something because of a once per month standard that you set for yourself.
Just my 2 cents.
