I loved the artistic approach and the home-brewed sound effects. The gameplay itself is a little typical of horizontal shooters, though.
The biggest thing against it, however, is that the preloader gets stuck in a loop. Unless you right-click and uncheck Loop, it'll keep jumping back on "Ready". That, in all likelihood, will simply anger and confuse most people.
As mentioned, though, the audio and visual approach is great. The background and sprites were drawn well, and the audio bits were absolutely cute.

I can't really hit any enemies also there's a glitch that when I get hit I don't lose health.
