Sounds really beautiful. I didn't find it that romantic, but rather sad. Perhaps it's a forbidden or impossible love.
Really beautiful! You worked that progression to it's max potential! Although I agree with SourJovis, it's more of a sad story your telling here, I mean obviously something bad happened to one of the bits.

Anyways! This is a really nice piece. Sounds like something from Fez for the Xbox 360. I'm usually not a big fan of video game-ish music but I really enjoyed this one.
