Seen this long time ago, but forgot to comment - Good animation, funny dialogues, nice fighting... lacks this "something" that makes you watch it over and over, but still kinda nice. 7/10.
P.S. ethylene and MOGIKAN... not only he LOOKS like Steven Seagal... He even SPEAKS like Steven Seagal! SHOOT HIM!
