Er....
This game honestly looks like it would be really fun... but does it really have to break the "space = jump" standard.... makes it EXTREMELY difficult to play for me when almost every other game like it is space to jump and I can't get past that.
The position I have to put my fingers in to play just.. feels very awkward.

Brilliantly done with superb enemy AI
This is a very well done, retro game. The game balences platfrorming and run and gun gaming very well. The sounds and music sound absulotely excellent. The controls are well done and I enjoyed the good retro graphics and very clever AI(which is something hard to find in browser games) The story is cheesy but still gives a reason for the zany shoot ups. The only problem is the confusing menu. But this hardly shadows the brilliant gameplay and I am looking forward to a sequal!

Ah, Mr. Rider. It makes me very happy it kept your attention that long! We were a bit worried about the reception a game like this played in a browser would get.

That game was frikkin awesome. Mostly everything worked well on it. the only tjing was that i would have preferred the jump and shoot button the other way around.
I thought the music in it was cool as well.
Overall, this was a damn good game.
There has a to be a better way to handle the input in Flash. I personally am going to see if there is a way to incorporate game pads. I know most people don't have them for their PC, but this game really needs to support them natively.
