I'm not an expert on flash, but your thing does need a little more work, but it isn't too bad, is this supposed to be a parody of Spirit Tracks.

well, for your first animation on ng, this was alright. Unlike most other "first animations" i've seen, this has potential. your drawing style is interesting, and your sound synchronizing isn't bad. I think if you spend alot more time on your animations, you could make something cool.
keep trying, hope this passes judgement.
