You're darn right about East West, it is fantastic! I think I know what you mean by the Lord of the Rings thing (huge compliment btw, I love LotR). It sort of has a Rohan-esque sound to it, likely due to the violin I used. Perhaps I will enter a song! Again, thanks for the review Stunkel. :D
Oh cool, new toys. Isn't always such an exciting experience to discover all the new possibilities?! I love that feeling, it always inspires me.
There are some really pretty motifs in this and I liked how you use the orchestra to create rhythm too, not just melody.
Since you're just experimenting I'm sure I don't really need to give in-depth feedback, you'll likely learn it all yourself in time and I don't want to take that away from you. :)
