I really liked it =)

Puts you in a good mood, very positive)
Drawings are not very detailed, but bright and colorful)
So, overall, for the first flash - just awesome =)

well this being your first is irrelevent

everybody always says "this is my first" but really experience doesn't outway talent, and you did good so you did better than most would in their first attempt, so stop saying "this is my first flash" it's obnoxious. i really like it, and the song was good, the only thing that needed changing was the little black kid in the pink clothing. he was on screen for 100% of the animation, and he wasn't even walking, his legs each did half a walk cycle then went back to the beginning then did the half a walk cycle again. change that and you will have a wonderful flash

good effort

This is pretty good for your first try, I give you 7/10 for effort.

The walk cycle could have been better, maybe find some reference images of how people really walk for your next go? (It's not easy without it.) The clouds seemed to go by a little bit too fast, as did some of the other background elements, and the colours were a bit bright. I'd highlight those as things to look at in your next animation.

This is still really good for a first try though, I look forward to seeing what you do next.
