I really liked this game... It is very random... I like how the guy looked like he wass going to pee himself, the controls were ok... and it wasn't that difficult... great although strange theme...

i really liked that eh was shivering and looking like he is gonna explode when idle.
you really need to work on collusion and physics but its ok, only the lava part can get a little frustrating.
the idea is great, i suggest to add a time limit or a meter that shows how long he can last before pissing himself.
one big thing you really need to add is a dying animation, cause you often dont even get to see what killed you, instead you instantly are on the try again screen.
the last boss was a little random but ok. maybe you should add some sound effects, the parts without any sound or bgm were kind of strange after having music and speech. it would also be cool if the background scrolled along with the game.
well i dig your idea and i think its somewhat funny so if you improve it could be an awesome game
