It's not easy to pull off such long and horror story, and furthermore your characters looks cartoony, but it didn't decrease the scary factor.

Well worth the time to download.
The time you must have poured into this animation is obvious. The concept is original too. You transitioned nicely from being a silly story told by flashlight to bringing the horror to life. I think your real-life-like characters did a good job of putting the viewer behind their eyes.
