I'm not sure what piano you are talking about because I listened through the whole song you linked and I never heard a piano. However I heard there is a similarity to the chord harmony and progression. But my progression is in Cm . That means I play Cm Ab Eb and then I play Eb D and then back to Cm . In your song he / she plays C#m A E E Eb . So the progression is the same but there is a difference in tonality. Glad you like the song and I promise you it's a coincidence. But the progression is a quite usual one.
