Good start
It was pretty good.
-Pros: It told a story, you put genuine effort into this, and it had some element of humor in it.
-Cons: Not the greatest animation. The last part had the character glitching up and down as he was stationary and began moving toward the other dog. The music couldn't be taken seriously. It didn't' sound like club music to me, but I believe you were going for a 'carefree' theme there. The depressing music at the end really took away whatever humor was trying to be conveyed here.
-Suggestions: Fix your 'jumpy' dog at the end. Get some mouth animation on that dog who made the exclamation at the end. Also consider using more appropriate music next time.
*It was good for a beginner. I'm glad to see a new animator on NG.
