It's alright
I didn;t think it was bad, in fact i really enjoy the majority of the stuff you guys put out. this one was a little rough and got a little too tough too fast, which turned me off pretty fast. but if you were to mod this a little bit and coe out with a 2, i'd definitely check it out.
okay game but
The music got to be really annoying and I didn't even finish this game, or want to as well. Recycling tickets didnt work, it would keep the number the same. I also found trying to figure out what they wanted to see and either regular or VIP to be too difficult to do fast. Buying the tickets was not easy either for the two. I could click on VIP and not get a ticket and then clicking on the poster I wasn't sure what kind of ticket I got and would lose.
The only good things I found were the graphics and the ability queue things.

Not bad. Most people seemed to have an issue with the music being annoying, but at least you included an option to turn it off. A little bit of challenge when you have everything purchased for your box office, but more because the customers orders have small, cluttered graphics than anything else.
One improvement I'd suggest is having all your queued actions immediately cancled once you try to serve a wrong order. I found that if I made a mistake the server would try to hand it out, and then just run to the next location in the queue, taking up some time.
Not too different from any other serving game...
A note to players complaining about the un-trashable ticket. You have to click the CAN button underneath the posters to CANCEL the ticket, not toss it out.

Graphics were pretty, but that as the only god thing.
Music was irritating after a few minutes. Gameplay is not original at all, is the style of play. Overall, it's rather boring and repetitive.
