Really fun game
The game is fun, but hard with a few flaws. The enemies do alot of damage but are easy to kill. Also I faced a glitch when facing super Shredder. He just kept studdering there while doing the aerial kick and I just kept hitting until I killed him.

Controls are annoying and wth? I get hurt from touching them? First fighter I've played where you get hurt just for touching them... screws up how smooth the gameplay is.
Otherwise it's well drawn.
Almost but not quite.
There are some great things going on in this game. The character selection is great and the ability to have a secondary character for a special attack is also a great idea but there are some major flaws in the mechanics. The foot clan deals a lot of damage especially for just running into them. Even though Raph and Mikey do double damage it doesn't really balance out since they have to get so close to the bad guys which usually results in taking damage from running into them so the two of them end up getting owned all the time, at least in my hands. Leo and Don are great but like it has been said in other posts there aren't enough moves to really keep it fresh. The atmosphere and art is fantastic but the quirky gameplay kind of ruins the fun factor that this game should have.
Room for improvment.
It was a little anticlimatic; you could add a little to the story. Also, I agree with the person who said don't have the guys deal damage to you when not attacking. Makes fighting the flying foot annoying. Nevertheless, it was fun.
This game has been an overall fun experience, although a bit tricky at times, I do feel that it was pretty fair and am happy to say that I don't regret playing this game.
