Reviews for "Raider: Episode 2"

Oh gods of ancient lore, make it stop.

While I haven't finished this yet, I'm sure I will... eventually. I would leave a lengthy review on what I thought of the constant death traps and death trapy things, but honestly you've heard it all before. It obviously bothered me enough to make me want to stop playing, but I'll come back to it later with a possibly renewed sense of wanting to get my face kicked in... ness... Its not a big deal. While I know I used to love all the old "super hard" games, they get to the point where you feel like being punched in the face if you play for too long in one sitting... I'll give you a 7/10 for the games funitude + 1 for a fitting and entertaining music score that kept me playing when I would have otherwise quit. Oh and lest we forget, +1 for allowing custom control config, something every game needs to adopt.

So cool !

AAaaahhh... old-fashioned games.... imortal ones. Reminds me the old days. Very addictive game. A bit hard, but it is worth it. Can't wait for the next episodes ! Maybe less stupid-ladder-jumping-with-spikes-ahe ad would be nice, cos it really is boring...

Very good!

I really liked this game!
It doesn't lag for me at all!
The music and graphics is great, and the control is simple.
It really deserves an 8.

HARD

Great game but...is veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery hard, even the begginer mode

BAD: the shift-jump part is unbearable!

GOOD: great grafics,good characters.

Congrats for Daily 5th, I guess

I was kind of confused by this game at first. I thought it was going to be a game where you controlled a spaceship given the opening cut scene but it was quite different. I probably would have liked it more if it was a game like that, but this was still good. The really cool thing was how good the graphics were. It had a wonderful feeling of classic pixellated games. Parts of it were hard, especially the part in the tutorial where you used the Shift+A combination.

I did not understand how that even made a difference! Luckily, I could just start all over. It was nice with how you allowed the player to try again after falling on the ground. Granted, you still lost health by being exposed to the spikes, but there's been worse. You REALLY have to work with jumps on this as without them you're dead. Not the most elaborate, but still well detailed.
