This is the first decent violent animation that ever went on newgrounds well done
I think your a little conceite
well here's the thing it's short, no voices, animation was kinda crappy, and the whole part about the eyes part was a little under dramatic, considering the fact that the whole glasses theme revolved around it. plus I think it's a little out dated...

the seeing through the door thing + the green laser kinda rip off the movie eraser ALOT. do more frame by frame it might be harder but its better

you wonder why you only have a 3.15 or whatever....the problem here is that you hardly did any frame-by-frame stuff. it was all tweened with little scribbles used for blood/gore. if you want back on the #26 slot, you'd best work on your art style. seriously though, you obviously know how to work flash itself, but it's your drawing skills that need to be updated.
