This is very cool indeed. I love the mood you create with just a piano, a choir and some heavy reverb :)
You gave it a very authentic touch, yet it stays very recognizable.

I don't care what you say...
...the piano just owned this song, how the mood went, the dynamics, it was very cool to listen to! The supporting synths were very nice. In all, it gave the song a very medival theme, which is kinda wierd with the Metroid theme, but very acceptable nevertheless.

Medieval? LOL! I used so much reeverb to let it sound quite cave-ish, and that is really metroid-ish ^_^

even tho i never played super metroid ive played other metroid games so i guess they made this song into when samus is in a room filled with baddies with no way out till she kills them all and this is my fav metroid song

The subtle piano at the start leading into a big and powerful feeling and the eerie effect you try to make with the choir. I think this worked out quite well!
