So sad, deep and relaxing at the same time. It fits well in dream sequences, or when the character is reflecting on his life. Where does he go? Is his destiny over? There is still a long way ahead, but it is far away from here. He must say goodbye to everything he came to know until now. No wonder he feels so lonely already. Still, there's no way around it. It's in his blood. Far away he must travel, to discover new worlds, new dreams and new destinies.

A farewell it is, and a farewell that'll last forever. And forever... is a long, long time.

A great piece. I simply love it.

Oh snaps, bro. I didn't know you were still posting songs on here. I guess a review is in order.

As usual, you line up your songs with great composition and structure. The build ups are strong, though slow, but still very strong. The mellow tones you conveyed here are simply phenomenal. I'd definitely say when the higher octave strings come in @ 2:47 would be my favorite part. I'm looking forward to more stuff to come.
