Reviews for "Little Shop of Horrors"

Lol XD

Really awesome music video, especially considering the fact that you made it a while ago. Good job!

I loved the animation. It had loads of details to it, and very smoothly made. Graphics were good as well. A few defects to it though. Lip-syncing was a little off, Seymour had looked strange from the neck downward, and he had no mouth a lot of the time, as Fro said.

The music was perfect quality, and fit very well with the movie. No problem there ^^.

Overall, just very few problems graphic-wise, but really good animation, top quality sound, and some graphics were pretty good too. Good job!

Very nice

I really enjoyed the graphics and animation here. Smooth animation along with pretty good art work all around. The art work might have had a little room for improvement, but like I said it's pretty good. I guess I have a question of why isn't the mouth appearing on the man? It shows up when he talks, but goes away from his face when he isn't talking. It looks odd.

A very good piece to use for a small music video. I wouldn't mind seeing a series with the characters that you used here. I also haven't seen this movie in like 10 years so props to using something that might jog the memories of some of the users like me. :P

~ Audio ~

I'm assuming that was directly from the movie and that you didn't make that yourself. If you did then props, but if you didn't props for finding a high quality version. Animation and audio went very well together.

A good piece all around. Maybe a bit short. You could have picked a longer scene from the movie, but still pretty good.

This was a decent little music video. It can be improved big time, but I enjoyed it and actually played it three or four times.

Sound
You got a high quality version of the song, nice job!

Functionality
It really did what it was supposed to do. It got me curious and I went to see the original clip on YouTube. If I'd see this and I was on your school, I think I would go to the musical.

Animation and Graphics
The opening screen, with the pot in the corner, is quite good. I love that technique, where something is drawn, coloured in, then the lines get removed. One of the lines at the corner was a little off, though.
Then the animation looks like a lot of tweening. Using tweens isn't a bad thing, but it just doesn't fit in this film. The lip syncing for Seymour was good, but for the plant, it sucked. It was just too slow, and a bit behind.
The look from the front of the plant wasn't too impressive either.
Seymour as a whole wasn't really that good, his limbs just didn't look good, his fingers too.
The window in the background looked good, but the flowers weren't nice either.

Overall
A lot could be improved and you could've done some Frame By Frame. Then again, you made this a while ago and it did what it was supposed to do - make me curious.'
Good job.

Awesome

Great graphics, and I like the audio that synced up to the movie basically perfectly. The concept was cool, and while it may not have anything to do with clocks, it was still great. What';s the name of that song? Awesome job.

Happy Clock Day!
