Pretty poor sound quality - crackly, sound poorly recorded and compressed. Low sound quality provide little use for anything (oh, the sounds are copyrighted anyway, so using them could be an infringement of copyright law).
As far as presentation goes? Well, a lot of the things under "Miscellaneous" are impossible to read unless you zoom in.

You made ONE big mistake
The choice of sounds is ok, and it's even neatly organized despite it could use a few more sections. The problem here is that i can't read the captions. Work on your interface and it should be fine.
Remember: it's not just about the colours and the positioning. The font style counts too.
Bad font = fail
The sounds were organized some-what well. The sound quality was good enough.
The only problem, is the font.
Use a font that I can read! XP
