I agree with fruitberryboy, the same glitches happend to me. And when the reservation came up i really didnt understand it. But nonetheless i only failed once. good game!

Not bad
Americanized sushi is not sushi
But this game has some real sushi and the it is also named correctly.
The different ways to upgrade was very nice.
I especially loved the fact that the actual store could be upgraded.
Very nicely done.
The only thing I want to say bad is:
1. During the tutorial there is a glitch. If the customer finishes eating, some of the tutorial will skip. I was unable to learn that I was able to give sake and do tricks with my knife. I learned these things when I actually played.
2. The reservation thing is not very well explained.
3. give some time for the gamer to know what is on the menu. In real life, the chef will always know the menu. They will never be put on the spot.
Other than that, great work!
