You can improve on it, but it looks awesome
The clock hands look fantastic; I love the realistic shadows they cast too. The only things I can think of to improve on this aesthetically are the background, an option to change the color of the "neon" light, and different options for the clock numbers instead of just dots (ex. standard numbers, roman numerals, etc.). Also, it would be nice not to have that FlashVortex.com website displayed on the bottom of it.
It's not really practical for anything though. That's the problem with these flash clocks. You did a wonderful job designing it, but who will ever find a use for it? It would make a neat screen saver or something, but how that could be accomplished I don't know. Great work regardless.
