Your clear style of using frame by frame to convey extreme action is very prevalent here, but the best part i'd have to say is the lip syncing.

I thought this was a great animation, looks like it was taken directly out of dragonball z, which is neat cause i loved that show as a kid. Great job, must of been hard work.
